The LCHBA hall is equipped for your event.
- 2,200 sq. foot Main Hall with carpeted floors , 56’ long by 39’ wide
- Adjoining Kitchen— stove, two ovens, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.
- Accommodations for up to 150 people.
- Round Tables— 60” Diameter, seat 8 people
- Rectangular Tables— 8’x30”, seat 8 people
- Setup will be provided by LCHBA staff.
- Audio/Visual Equipment Available
- Projector and Sound System for presentations
- Wireless Handheld Microphones & Podium available for an addt’l fee.
- Dance floors are permitted to be brought in.

Room Rental Rates
- As of January 1, 2017: $500 deposit due at time of reservation.
- Room Rental Rates: (Weekend rates begin 5pm Friday)
Members: Weekday $500; Weekend day $625
Non-members: Weekday $625; Weekend Day $750
Business Meeting Half day: $250
Deposit fee is $500, and is required to reserve the hall. The deposit is refundable upon the satisfactory inspection of the premises following your event, and will be mailed within 30 days of your event date. Full payment is required prior to your event. Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days before your event. Fees will apply if less notice is given. If, for any reason, our staff or local law enforcement is called to the premises for your event, fees will be charged. The contract you sign upon booking your event will explain conditions and fees in more detail.
Important Booking Information: A representative will meet with you to book the event, sign the rental contract, calculate charges, plan the layout and set up, and discuss any event details or concerns you might have.
